Subscriber Pricing:

Subscribers to JDEtips Knowledge Express receive a 10% discount off all Public Training classes. Sign-up for a class using promo code Subscriber-10 then we'll verify your subscription and automatically apply the discount.

What is Knowledge Express? .

Please note: regular pricing applies to non-subscribers even if the promo code is populated.

Terms:

  • The discount is for named readers on valid subscriptions. Single and limited reader subsciptions may only use the discount for the individual(s) named as readers.
  • Tuition is due before the course begins and is valid for one attendee.
  • Courses with 9 or more PAID students are considered full. Those who reserve a class but delay payment may be put on a standby waiting list, pending a cancellation, or the next scheduled course.
  • Payment may be made in US funds by credit card, check, wire transfer, or PayPal.

Private Training pricing is available via a quote.

Cancellation

Public Training Cancellation Policy: Students may cancel without penalty up to 15 business days before the scheduled start of class by submitting a request to Lori.Stone@JDEtips.com. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 15 business days before the start of class. An individual from the same company may be substituted with no penalty by submitting the online registration form. No-shows will be billed the full amount of the course. Please note: your spot is not guaranteed until payment is received in full.
