Objectives: This course is a complete review of the order-to-cash cycle in JD Edwards. You will gain working knowledge of how to set up Sales Order Management (including preferences and AAIs), manage Supply and Demand, availability management, credit checking, inactivating customers, item restrictions, ship confirm techniques and commissions.

Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of JD Edwards E1 Navigation and Common Foundation.

About the Instructor

The instructor is a JD Edwards Distribution and Technical Consultant with over 30 years of experience in OneWorld/EnterpriseOne and World implementations in many different industries. His JD Edwards application experience includes Advanced Pricing, EDI, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Order Management, DRP, and Work Orders. His background includes over 12 years working as an employee of JD Edwards and Oracle. He likes to work closely with clients to thoroughly understand issues and to recommend solutions.
